We have 4 different room types - Superior, Mariner, Sea View and Classic with prices ranging from £66 to £232 per night, including our delicious breakfast.

Dogs are very welcome. We allow dogs to stay in a few designated rooms. You will need to contact us to make sure that you have been allocated a dog friendly room with your booking. If you would like to have your dog with you while you eat breakfast they are welcome to join you in the Galley. We kindly ask that dogs are not taken into the restaurant, though they are welcome in the bar in the evening. We also ask that they are not left in the room unattended for any length of time.
We love having children to stay!
We have three family rooms with either double or king beds, and up to two single beds. The room cost includes the price for a child under 17 years.
There is an additional cost of £30 for persons 17 years and over in the family rooms.
We are very happy to organise a cot or extra bed were necessary.
Please be aware some of our rooms are too small to accommodate them.
Parking in Lynmouth is limited, particularly in peak season (May-September). We offer private parking spaces which can be booked direct for £10 per day, please be aware that our guaranteed parking is extremely popular and we only have nine spaces so calling us direct is the safest way to secure your space.
You may park on the roadside opposite the hotel for increments of two hours, free of charge. This ends at 6pm and starts at 10am the following morning, so you may leave your car on the roadside overnight free of charge.
There are two large carparks at either end of the village, which charge £1.00 per hour, up to four hours. For a payment of £5.00, you get a 24 hour ticket, and are able to move between the main carparks in Lynmouth and Lynton.

The hotel is a Victorian building with the guest rooms set over three floors and unfortunately the building does not have a lift. If you have any mobility issues please let us know and we will try our best to allocate you to a first floor room. We will gladly assist with getting your luggage to your room.
Check in is available from 3pm until 9pm. If you arrive after 9pm there will be a late check in charge of £10.00 per hour.
Check out is by 11am on your day of departure.
Cancellation Policy and Deposits
If you change your mind or have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be fully refunded if we are notified 48 hours before your arrival date - please note that this is by 12pm two days before you are due to arrive. If we are notified less than 48 hours before your arrival then the deposit will be forfeited. In the case of a 'No Show' the full amount of the stay will be charged.
We take a deposit of the first night's stay at the time of booking. This is fully refundable if your reservation is cancelled in line with our cancellation policy above.
Dog charge: £10 per dog for the first night. Additional nights charged at £5 per dog.
Please note that regrettably we will charge for any damage or mishap that may happen during the course of your stay.
