Our Dining
We are giving our dining room a little refresh, and we couldn’t be more excited to share what’s been happening behind the scenes. We’ve welcomed a fantastic new Head Chef into the family — someone who loves the wild larder of North Devon and Exmoor just as much as we do.
This isn’t simply a new menu. It’s our heartfelt celebration of the coastline, countryside, and incredible people who produce the food right on our doorstep. Think comforting, thoughtful dishes made with care, inspired by the moors, the sea, and the seasons.
You can expect less of the usual hotel fare and a lot more joy on the plate — food that feels special but never fussy, refined yet relaxed, and always rooted in great local ingredients from our farmers and foragers.
While we put the finishing touches on everything and get ready to welcome you back, the restaurant will be taking a short pre-launch break.
We’ll be closed until Friday, February 13th, and we can’t wait to open the doors and share what we’ve been cooking up.
