The Bath Hotel is a family run, quirky hotel overlooking the harbour in the picturesque village of Lynmouth, where Exmoor meets the sea. It has been in the same family since 1951. We are perfectly situated just minutes away from the South West Coast Path and the famous Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway.

We have 20 comfortable and quintessentially eclectic en-suite rooms, the majority with sea views. Each room has its own character, unique decor and feel, with a nod to the history of our Victorian building.

From exceptional breakfasts, to seasonal, delicious evening meals, we have got your dining experiences covered. Our beautiful Victorian style dining room and adjacent, dog friendly Galley area, are ready to welcome you. The Ancient Mariner is our bar with outside decking area that overlooks the harbour.

Parking
Staying in one of our suites? You’ll benefit from private parking! Alternatively, there are two car parks located at either end of Lynmouth, and both are just a short walk away.
Ancient Mariner
Thought it was just the hotel? Next door we also have one of Exmoor’s most unique bar and restaurants, The Ancient Mariner. A place to eat, to drink and to enjoy great company.
Exploring
Fancy yourselves as explorers? You’re going to be absolutely spoilt for choice. The list of things to do on the coast, at sea, inland or on the moor is a long one, but we’ve tried to cover it.
