Terms & conditions

• The hotel is set over three floors and has no lift so should you have difficulties with stairs please advise when making an enquiry or reservation.
• Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 11.00am—rooms occupied after this time may be charged.
• All bedrooms are en suite with bath, colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, radio/alarms, hair dryers, telephones, baby listening facilities.
• Selected rooms have bath & shower.
• Children under 14 years stay at a nominal of charge £5.00 per night on a bed and breakfast basis where possible to provide an extra bed in a room occupied by two adults.
• Children are welcome in the restaurant for dinner (where half portions are available) or a special children’s menu is available  in the Galley.
• Breakfast is served 8.30am - 9.30am.
• Dinner is served from 7.00pm - 8.30pm.
• Our Public Areas are non smoking.
• Cold supper can be provided by prior arrangement for guests who will be late arrivals, minimum 24 hours notice required.
• In addition the Galley and Harbour Bar serve hot meals during lunch and evenings as well as coffee and cakes throughout the day.
• Picnic lunches can be provided by prior arrangement, minimum 24 hours notice required.
• Launderette machines are available for guests—please enquire at reception.
• Car parking is free of charge—spaces for 12 cars.
• Dogs are welcome free of charge and by prior arrangement in all rooms except our Luxury Room providing they do not cause any inconvenience to other guests. Owners are liable for any damage caused.
• Rates quoted are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
• A non refundable deposit of £30 per person is required to confirm any reservation.
• Cancellations may be subject to further charges for un-let accommodation.
• Should any amendment to our tariffs be necessary, no changes to confirmed reservations will be made, except for the VAT element.
