BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The Hotel is set over  three floors and has no lift, so should you have difficulties with stairs please advise when making an enquiry or reservation.

  • Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 11.00am.  Rooms occupied after this time may be charged.
  • Car parking is free of charge-non allocated, limited spaces.
  • Dogs are welcome free of charge and by prior arrangement in allocated rooms providing they do not cause any inconvenience to other guests.  Owners are liable for any damage caused.
  • Rates quoted are inclusive of VAT at 20%
  • Should any amendment to our tariffs be necessary, no changes to confirmed reservations will be made, except for the VAT element should this be altered by law.
  • Non returnable £30 per room deposit required to guarantee a booking at the hotel.
  • Special needs-dietary requirements, can be catered for.  Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
  • We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.  This includes the cost of replacing any items removed from the premises by guests without consent.  And also the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.  Guests found to have tampered with any detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel.  Should any damage, removal of hotel property or or the fact the fire detection or fire fighting equipment having been tampered with comes to light after the guest has departed we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival the deposit is placed on hold and available for reuse for future bookings (please note deposit is non returnable).
  • If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival deposit is forfeited.  If the room is not re sold then 50% of room charge will be charged to the cancelling party.
  • If “no show” the full 100% charge of the room will be charged.

We advise all guests to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation charges
